Job description:

This role includes acting as the focal point for the brands investment pricing case reviews with headquarter executives, ensuring that the right level of analysis is performed, the methodology is consistent with IBM standards, there is linkage between the brand’s forecast, budget, strategy, and capital requests, and that accountability from previous checkpoints are clear with appropriate bridges This role ensures that the brands are compliant with formal headquarter delegations, corresponding Product Integration Management System (PIMS) loads are timely and reflective of the Integrated Product Management Team (IPMT) approved business case & headquarter submitted results, and approved ratio sheet is used for all business case construction. Further, this role requires acting as an auditor on site during annual peer audits of pricing files, identifying weaknesses in local processes, and documenting results. Must be conversant in overall pricing process including all phases of the Integrated Product Development (IPD) and related sub processes. Provide overall leadership in complex pricing and investment issues.

Purpose of the job:

To maintain a system that is free of redundant and inaccurate vendor information and to streamline the vendor record management process for a worldwide procurement solution.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Receive request to create, extend or change vendor records via the SAP Vendor workflow function or via Supplier Management Utility

• Check to determine the vendor status (whether the vendor record already exist or not, or if this change is already shown or not.)

• Check and file supporting documentation for the creation and updating of vendors.

• Meet agreed turn-around times for processing of the requests.

Job description:

The HR Service Administrator has the responsibility for a process administration within a country or across several countries for one or more assigned HR processes. Employee Data Management (EDM) and Employee Admin consists of different cross-process transactions including: Employee Data Management, Organization Data Management, Generic Life Event Management, Absence Admin, Exit Admin and Hard/Soft copy Document Management (including Imaging/Fax to Image). It also includes standard and ad hoc bulk reporting. EDM and Employee Admin is one of the more complex and diverse series of processes, which also involves self-service, document validation, document scanning/imaging and retention of hard copy documentation (with the client or third party provider). It also is the driver for downstream processes like payroll and therefore has a pivotal role with significant direct performance impact. The HR Service Administrator within EDM department has the responsibility for various processes (including employee record changes, master data maintenance, employee correspondence and reporting) within a country or across several countries. Duties and Responsibilities • Act as a contact point for Managers and employees for all HR transaction related queries • Take ownership of the resolution of clients’ issues giving guidance • Communicate effectively to our customers on HR Transactions policies and processes, providing education where necessary • Support the HR Specialist Teams with the administration of policies • Update the HR database with certain employee details/detail changes • Enter HR related changes into ERP system and perform relevant data checks verifying that information is complete and correct • Create/Maintain/Delimit Organization Units /positions / Jobs in ERP system • Onboarding • Identify trends and areas of improvement and pass recommendations to Specialist Teams or Process Owners • Perform and document regular compliance testing and quality assurance tests in accordance to the Business Controls guidelines relating to the EDM processes • Help identify the impact of the changes proposed by the HR Partner/Finance, etc. Any additional project work or duties
